Maasterminal Maastricht BV, located at Ankerkade 150, 6222 NM Maastricht, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message. When you apply for a job, we additionally process the information in your CV and motivation letter.

Why we process it

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, handle your application, or perform the logistics services you request. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept no longer than needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Application data is deleted after the procedure ends, unless you give us permission to keep it on file.

Sharing with third parties

We share data with other parties only when this is required to perform our agreement with you (for example with our sister companies Steel Solutions BV or SLE Global Logistics when they carry out part of the service) or to comply with a legal obligation.

Analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, first-party analytics that work without cookies by default. Enhanced measurement only activates after you accept it via the consent banner.

Spam check. When you send a form we automatically check that the message was sent by a person and not by a computer program. Your browser performs a short calculation for this and we process the IP address and browser details of the submission. No cookies are set and no data is shared with third parties. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The check is carried out technically by our website provider Vimonto, which acts as our processor and, solely to recognise abuse across several websites, compares pseudonymised characteristics of submissions for at most 24 hours.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. Send your request to info@maasterminal.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
